Refund/Return Policy

Goods can be returned under certain conditions:

  1. Purchases must be returned in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  3. Only items in stock colors can be returned – custom colors are non-returnable.
  4. No items with custom features, options or graphics are eligible for return.
  5. Pre-approval and authorization by the manufacturer are required prior to return.

 All returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Outbound freight costs are non-refundable.

Return freight will be arranged by the manufacturer, and customer is responsible for return freight costs which will be deducted from the refund.
